Also known as collaborative intercultural virtual learning (COIL), it is an educational proposal that connects students and teachers from different cultures to learn, discuss and collaborate with each other. The teachers participate initially in the design of the experience and the students in the execution of the programmed activities. This activity can be easily integrated into existing courses and allows all students to have a meaningful intercultural experience while developing key competencies for the 21st century, such as creativity, global competence, interaction in second languages, leadership, teamwork or digital skills.
