In order for teachers to be able to accompany students in their global learning process, it is essential that they are adequately prepared. For this reason, I have designed two training actions that I consider necessary:

1.- Intercultural training: in which the development of intercultural competence and sensitivity towards cultural differences will be worked on.

2.- Internationalization of the curriculum and virtual facilitation: so that they learn how to manage virtual collaborative intercultural learning projects and how to develop an internationalized curriculum.
